This is a part of a trio of paintings that began my Tree Series. All paintings in this series are painted using the same Manzanita branches for reference. There are so many unique compositions in these branches that any change of viewpoint brought a new and interesting challenge.

The blue and green color scheme presents feelings of calm and serenity, like floating just beneath the surface of the water.
